3/2023: Two papers from SIMS Lab are accepted to VLSI 2023!

Congratulations to Yan, Wei and all co-authors!

In the first paper, we will present a a 36nW high-accuracy subthreshold oscillator-based temperature sensor.

In the second paper, we will present a fully synthesizable True Random Number Generator (TRNG) based on edge chasing in even-stage ring oscillators.
